Mission Statement

The mission of Get It Together Organizing by Jes is to provide empathic, creative and confidential advice to help individuals and businesses create, implement, and maintain individualized organizational systems that help reduce stress, save time and money, increase productivity, regain control and bring calm to the chaos of hectic lives.

My Story

Get It Together Organizing by Jes was born of my own organizing journey.  It started several years ago in one of the most stressful times of my life. The clutter grew up around me and I was drowning. As this Journey started I was simply decluttering to regain control of my life. I had no idea this journey would lead me to start my own business. I found a beautiful freedom in learning to let go. A feeling I longed to share with others. I continue on this journey, getting my own house and my own life together. I still struggle at times because, well, life happens! But I have learned organizing strategies and techniques that work, and many that don't! I would love to help you embark on your own journey to organization, to find solutions that work for you! I grew up west of La Plata, MO, where I continue to reside. My passions include organizing, re-purposing old things, crafts, helping people, motorcycles,, and spending time with family and my many pets. I trained with the Institute for Professional Organizers. I have an Associates of Science in Social work from Moberly Area Community College, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Mo. I serve as secretary on the Board of Directors for the Chariton Grove Cemetery, and am a member of the VFW Post 2508 Ladies Auxiliary. I also am the founder and Event Coordinator for the Chariton River Rally in South Gifford, Mo.
